Self Pay Account Representative Our A/R Recovery Services team is currently hiring people for full-time positions to take incoming calls from patients, answer questions, and negotiate payment arrangements. Experience with healthcare receivables is desirable, as you will need to understand why the patient has a balance in order to answer their questions. We will train you, if needed, on how to effectively and respectfully negotiate suitable payment arrangements with patients. If you have a home office with high-speed Internet and a reasonably new computer, you are interested in full-time work, enjoy talking with people, can maintain your "cool" even when others don't, then we encourage you to send your resume to careers@arrecovery.com.
